Double Girder EOT Crane:

The company offers high‐quality Cranes which are high load capacity of Up to 100 MT. These can be fitted with walkways and assembly platforms which make them appropriate for workshop fittings maintenance. The cranes are being passed through various level of quality check process to check the quality, design, and performance.
Magnetic or hydraulic brakes of 150% torque or more are fitted on shaft expansions, making them failure‐proof. To guarantee failure‐proof operation in cranes a second brake can be placed.

Categories of Double Girder EOT Crane:

  • M3 ‐ light‐duty cranes, used mostly in repair shops, service buildings, light assembly operations, light warehouses, etc.
  • M5 ‐ for machine shops and general industrial use(indoor/ outdoor )
  • M7 ‐ used in heavy shops like steel mills, fabrication shops, steel warehouses, paper mills, scrap yards, fertilizer plants etc.
  • M8 ‐ extra heavy‐duty cranes used specifically for steel mills and other similar purposes.
Advantages of using these Cranes:   Greater safety
The overhead cranes are risk-free (from any accidents) because the goods or items are carried overhead and always runs away from the below workforce.
  Better controlling on load
These cranes are manufactured under strict supervision by using highly developed technologies accompanied with various control and safety framework which ensures that the heavy materials will be lifted precisely to dispose of the danger completely.
  Minimal floor disturbance
These cranes are installed up high at the workplace or warehouse and usually being fitted into the ceiling space. This keeps the crane out of reach and does not come into contact with anything on the floor or things put away close-by.
